I want to take a moment and connect with you directly. Hoping that this message finds you and your families in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, at the core of SpeakEasy Services’ priority list is the well-being and safety of our employees and clients.
Throughout this Pandemic, we have continued to keep our doors open and provide interpreting services remotely while keeping safe and healthy in our respective homes. SpeakEasy Services has continued to work within the industry while educating ourselves within the changing times. Our interpreters are ready to do their most excellent work for you! This means we will be there for you wherever you need us.
When the time comes to leave our homes and resume in person interpreting SpeakEasy’s interpreter will be ready for the tasks ahead.
We are dedicated to actively keep our employees updated and practicing preventative measures preparedness plans recommended by the US Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued. We do this to make sure that our infection control procedures are current and adhere to such recommendations.
You may see some changes when it is time for your office meeting to take place at our Mamaroneck, NY location.
- We will be wearing PPE masks
- Gloves will be worn
- Hand sanitizers and disinfectants will available
- Sanitary wipes will be used to disinfect surfaces
- Temperatures will be taken on all staff and visitors upon their arrival at the office
- Our building has placed hand sanitizer strategically throughout our premises for guests usage
We are ready to serve you remotely at any moment, of course. Also, our office is ready to answer any questions regarding our services.
Lastly, although there is still much work ahead to be done, we take solace in the fact that we have incredible services and with a compassionate and loyal community of clients that make us all genuinely feel a part of one big extended family.
In times like these, we stay alert, we listen, we learn and we support one another. I am proud of our team’s tireless efforts to always be ready to help.
